 what i eating NOW!
Finally i started diet from this week for lose weight!












i eating like that in the morning and lunch!
and dinner is with vegetable :)



Morning : one sweet potato, half apple and milk.
Lunch : one sweet potato, red paprika and chicken breast
Dinner : half potato and salad

I take a multivitamin pill and Omega 3 everyday.

Ah! Dont forget the water of 2L











Studyyyyyyyyyyyyy
and do exercise for lose weight! ;)
