Diet result












Diet Result!





































































Ok. Finally i lost weight 3kg.
First week i ate always sweet potato with other good food.
If u wanna lose weight, sweet potato is good food for diet!
Because it's sweet and delicious! Even 1 sweet potato is just 150~180 calorie and it's rich in dietary fiber! so if u have constipation, it will make u hlep :)
Anyway i ate like that just 1 week and i did jump roap 1500 times with work out everyday.
and after 13~14 days suddenly my ankle was so much hurt... even now. so i stoped to do exercise
and i ate what i want but i didnt eat too much. Because my stomach is smaller than before. So much!
Finally when i eat something i always be careful.
when i eat something before, i think frist like that What will be good to my health! :)
It made me more help. And now i wanna do exercise so much but i need to take a rest. :'(
I hope i can do exercise soon! maybe i will try to find some other exercise but need to be careful of my ankle...:S but i will not stop it! :)
